Can I Exchange an Order?
Yes! Items can be exchanged for products available at artenova.co.ke if you return your order to us within 72 hours and if you comply with the following conditions:
- Products must not have been opened or tampered with. Hair extensions, weaves and wigs are hygiene sensitive products. If the products have been removed from the packaging, or the if the packaging seal has been broken, they will not be able to be exchanged. We are committed to supplying products of the utmost hygienic standards to all our clients.
- You must notify us before returning any items.

How do I exchange an order?
- Simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on +254 718 305 019 within 72 hours of receiving your order.
- All products must be delivered back in its original packaging and must not have been removed from the packaging or tampered with in any way.
- Please note that you will meet return costs.
How long will it take to get my new product?
We will send out your new item as soon as we have received your returned items. After this has been confirmed our standard Delivery Policy applies.
Can I get a refund on an order?
We currently only offer credit / exchanges on products.
